Our learners loved our 2022 Easter Camp. With all three days packed full of activities the learners were allowed to explore their creative side with new tasks such as tie dye, sensory toy making and paper mache whilst also partaking in exploratory play when visiting new parks such as Woodbury Wetlands and Golders Green.
A bubble company visited the school on the last day too which got our learners very excited. They all watched as huge bubbles floated around the school playground and some even got involved in creating them.
The learners were exposed to animals from all over the world at Golders Green Park Zoo and had a great time visiting the deer enclosure and playing in the park.
We encouraged picnics with the children to normalise eating with them and also created plenty of Easter cakes that we all shared.
Seeing our learners wearing their own handmade tie dye shirts was amazing and something that we will definitely do again here at Kestrel House School. Staff and students alike had a blast this Easter Camp and we cannot wait for the next one!
